Hi, we’re Forerunner. We play well with others.
For many kids in the 80′s and 90′s, video games had an incredible effect on how we interacted with our world. And for many adults today, gaming is still an important part of how we stay connected with friends and family all over the world.
If growing up around a computer or console has taught us anything, it’s that life is not a single-player game. That’s why Forerunner is dedicated to bring you games for sharing. Whether you want to compete or cooperate, tackle a new challenge or enjoy an old favorite, there’s no reason to do it alone.
That’s why there’s always room for another controller.
For Jake, Forerunner is an opportunity to have it all: a family, a career that he loves, and a life that he can be truly proud of. His programming and design skills are only the surface of what he contributes to the team. Where Jake’s heart leads, Forerunner follows; there’s nothing else ahead of us.
Zach has over eight years in the IT field, which puts a pretty sizable gap between him and the rest of his peers. Working with Forerunner gives him the creative power to turn his own dreams into reality, because sometimes the only thing separating whatis from what is not is an executable.
Not every game company has a member that fits inside most large suitcases. Forerunner does. Eli Doyon has traveled to every continent without paying for a single plane ticket. Riding in the cargo hold has its benefits. Her cats, Smushy and Bill, travel coach. Technically, she’s their checked luggage.
As far as well-rounded young adults go, Jeremiah Alves is certainly one of the roundest. Countless people have sought out his inhuman expertise as a programmer, composer, or game design. Weather permitting ,he spends his weekends putting on outdoor magic shows at the local retirement home.
The wife, the chef, the designer…. the glue that holds Forerunner together (or at least Jake). When she’s not baking snacks for company meetings or suffering through Jake’s all night coding sessions, Jenn helps create graphics for Forerunner.
Whether you’re having some issues, got a couple questions, or just wanna check up on us every now and then, don’t be shy. We’re sociable. And sometimes we get bored. So on a slow day, a well-timed email chat may end up with us telling you about that embarrassing time we took an A+ class because we thought C++ would ruin our GPA.
College was awkward.
